CrossFit Forest Hills is proud to offer Yoga for Athletes, which is open to members and non-members alike.  Yoga is a great way to begin improving your fitness and can help make good athletes better.  The CrossFit Forest Hills yoga programs aim to improve your flexibility, balance, muscle endurance, and kinesthetic awareness.  Whether you’re an experienced yogi or new to the yoga scene, our yoga classes will make you a better athlete by improving your overall strength and mobility.

CrossFit Forest Hills offers two weekly classes for our members.  Join us Wednesday’s at 7:00pm and Sunday morning at 10:00am for Yoga for CrossFitters, which combines elements of yoga that work specifically towards improving your range of motion and incorporates basic yoga poses specific to a CrossFit athlete.  On Sundays at 10:00am , join us for Vinyasa Flow, an athletic flow session for our more experienced athletes where each posture leads smoothly to the next in a guided practice with adjustments.  Much like our CrossFit classes, our yoga sessions can be scaled to meet the needs of any fitness and flexibility level.

All yoga classes are FREE for all CrossFit Forest Hills members.

For non-members, the rate is $10 per session or you can purchase a 5-session yoga punch card for $45 (click here).
