CrossFit Forest Hills is proud to offer ROM WOD for athletes, which is open to members and non-members alike. ROM WOD or Range of Motion Workout of the Day, is a great way to begin improving your flexibility, mobility, and positional awareness which will help with all of the CrossFit movements. This program aims to improve your flexibility, mobility, balance, muscle endurance, and kinesthetic awareness and is specifically geared toward CrossFit athletes.
The class combines elements of yoga that work specifically towards improving your range of motion and incorporate basic yoga poses specific to a CrossFit athlete. Much like our CrossFit classes, these positions and movements can be scaled to meet the needs of any fitness and flexibility level.
