Constantly Varied. Our “WOD” or Workout of the Day is unique by design. We vary the workouts so your body does not become accustom to it. Routine is the enemy. If you think you can do the same jog, elliptical, or stair master day in and day out and expect to see results, you are mistaken. We confuse your body and your muscles which effectively prepares you for the unexpected. We utilize weight training, gymnastics, and Metabolic Conditioning, also known as “cardio”.

 

Functional Movement – We will do things that will help you perform better at life. We do things that our bodies were designed and created to do. We will run, we will push things, we will throw things, we will slam things, we will swing things, we will climb ropes, we will pull things, pick things up, we will jump on top of boxes, we will squat, we will lift things, we will lunge and we will row. We will also run with weighted Tactical Sand bags and at times it will suck. But the best part about this, is that it will suck, together. We use functional movements because they are essential for life.

 

High Intensity – This intensity can be varied. How fast you get real work done.

 

Measure of physics

Work = Force x Distance.

Power = Work / Time.

 

The more you Work you do in less time, the higher the average Power and the harder it is. This type of Intensity brings out the best results.

 

This is why such an effective workout can be done in less than 30 minutes. We will guarantee to get the most out of your workout.

 

Universally Scalable – CrossFit is universally scalable. NO matter what the movement is, it can be scaled to your fitness ability. CrossFit is the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We use the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, firefighters that need to remain in peak physical condition, and moms who recently had babies or are even pregnant. Our program works for anyone and everyone however,
